Quality material and practicality alongside contemporary colours and finishes make up polytec’s DECORATIVE 16mm doors & panels range. The range provides a durable, hygienic, and low maintenance solution for vertical surface elements.
DECORATIVE 16mm doors & panels are made from resin impregnated decorative paper bonded onto particleboard or MDF substrate, applied by heat and pressure. Melamine is known for its properties like durability, scuff, and moisture resistance. These doors and panels have a flat surface and edged with matching 1mm edgetape to protect the edge and prevent chips or cracks.
Select from timeless neutral colours in Texture, Matt, Ashgrain, Finegrain, Sheen, Woodmatt and Smooth finishes. Each colour is created to complement other surface options such as the Benchtops & laminate range.
Door profile options add another expressive detail and enhanced durability to kitchen quality. Square edge doors with a 1mm edgetape provide a clean, traditional aesthetic, whilst the Bevel edge profile provides a sleek, minimalist and handle-free design for a modern space with clean flowing lines. Opt for Aluminium Finger Pull doors in black anodized or aluminium to add an extra level of interest to your design, with integrated hardware.
Maximum door size is 2400mm high x 1200mm wide.
All polytec doors are Australian Made and Owned and come with a limited 7-year manufacturer’s warranty period.
polytec do not recommend the use of DECORATIVE 16mm doors & panels products in a sliding or non-fixed application (hinged) unless the use of a mechanical stabilising system is fitted.
